The body of the device is made of a metal alloy, the top and bottom are heavily darkened (but still transparent) glossy plastic. Inside each disposable is a rechargeable battery containing a chemically active alkaline metal called lithium. Such batteries should not be disposed of with household garbage, but should be recycled or disposed of in a special recycling center.

Immediately upon opening the sachet comes a simultaneously fresh and sweet aroma of a combination of something sugary-citrusy yet sweet-minty, reminiscent of chewing gum. The aroma from the device is reminiscent of spicy and damp tobacco leaf, sweetish but without overt confectionery or dessert notes. Although, of course, it reminds everyone familiar “cookies” more than dry or moist tobacco. But already at the beginning of the puff you can feel not just caramel, but almost creamy toffee, flowing on the inhale along your tongue first towards the lungs, and then with the exhale in the opposite direction – turning into a fragrant cloud of vapor. But the aftertaste, though without the taste of ash or bitterness of tar, but with a distinct flavor of tobacco leaves, both complements the composition and sharply contrasts with milk caramel. Cyberfog Disposable – DIFFERENT.

Disposable smells simultaneously of both ripe juicy pear, reminiscent of just something from an opened bottle of duchesse, and at the same time the tart greenish flesh of a fresh peach, slightly brightened by a sugary sweetness. The inhale is immediately met with cold but not icy sweet-sour juice mixed with tart peach skins, leaving the pear flavor only in the exhale. The aftertaste is not as bright as the vapor, but it is long, like after fruit ice, with a slightly frosted tongue and a distinct feeling of a recently bitten pear. It is a very organic combination that is hard to tear yourself away from.

Doctor Grimes Disposable – Bubblebone

The aroma rather feels less like cactus and more like something reminiscent of bitter wormwood spiced with confectionery strawberry cream. In the pairing this impression is further enhanced, there is even a slight bitterness with an astringent note in the aftertaste, felt over the berry flavor and a slight chill. What’s missing is a brighter bubblegum flavor. For fans of unconventional flavors and experimentation of all sorts, kudos.

Doctor Grimes Disposable – Enchanter.

It smells just like cherries, or rather, a sweet berry from jam than a sour one from compote, but still familiar. And it is in the pairing that Enchanter reveals itself in its full glory: bittersweet eucalyptus with a slightly “spruce” flavor, which almost completely drowns out the cherry that remains after a puff with a distinct menthol flavor. Five possible “grimes” out of five, a favorite.

From the bag the smell reminds of sweet and red-green mango with soft skin, slightly diluted with orange juice. In the pairing, the components change places a bit and the orange comes to the fore here with passion fruit notes, which in the exhale flows into cold mango. The complete opposite of the previous one, and probably together with it, this is the second most “authentic” flavor of Grimes in the form of single-serve. And the coldest. In short, very cool.

Both in smell and taste, strawberries and buttercream are perfectly felt here, but I couldn’t catch the cheesecake in the odor from the disposable. In the puff you can perfectly hear candy, I would even say “caramel” strawberries, flavorful, without sourness, perfectly complemented by cream. Just a little bit more coldness, and it would be strawberry ice cream. Sweet but not cloying, flavorful but not overdone, unobtrusive and tasty mix for every day.

Doctor Grimes Disposable – Voidberry

The smell from the bag is perfectly recognizable black currant, tart and slightly sour, but the second berry is practically not felt. However, when steaming, raspberries do make themselves known, but not so much complementing as diluting the currants with even more tartness. Cold is felt here, but it is very unobtrusive, it is a light “snowball” on the throat, not a crust of ice freezing the brain at the back of the head. Very tasty composition, in which you can simultaneously imagine both blackberries and catch distant notes of blueberries. All in all, a classic berry mix.

Impressions

I won’t talk long about my impressions, some mixes seemed to me rather made “based on Doctor Grimes” than real original flavors from Cyberfog. But maybe I’m used to these mixes on a drip and I’m just being picky here.

However, I will definitely put two of the five devices I tried in my personal favorites: Overdub and Enchanter, the second one most closely corresponds to its original “progenitor”. Both eucalyptus and cherry are perfectly felt, and due to this the composition is easily recognizable. And the flavor, different from the standard sweet-cold ones, which are obligatory in the lines of all manufacturers of single-dose vaporizers, is perceived as a pleasant one
