Review of Vaporesso GTX ONE

This review will focus on the compact GTX ONE kit from the well-known company Vaporesso, consisting of a small tank for cigarette draws and a battery pack with a built-in battery.

Packaging and accessories of the GTX ONE Kit

All the contents of the kit are hidden in a rather large box with a print of the device in the color that can be found inside. By the way, I did not find a separate indication anywhere that I have a black kit in my hands. It is curious that the size of the printed image almost coincides with the actual dimensions of the GTX ONE Kit, the picture is slightly larger. canadian vape shop mississauga Of the inscriptions on the surface, only four pictograms with the main advantages (evaporators used, adjustable power, fast charging, user-friendliness) of your purchase on one side of the box and the slogan The One That Leads The Many on the opposite side can be called interesting. On the bottom, there are detailed specifications of the kit, an “inventory” of the contents, a batch number, a sticker with a hologram and a half-covered QR code that leads to a page with verification of the authenticity of the device.

Immediately under the lid, we are greeted by a tank, a mod and a spare glass with o-rings, deeper, under the plastic stock, there is all the rest of the contents.

Instructions for checking originality

Inside, everything turned out to be quite familiar, including a short cable in a fabric braid for charging the battery block and a spare evaporator in a blister. Vaporesso sometimes has a stroke of inspiration and puts both refills separately from the atomizer, but not in this case, here one is installed in the tank. Surprisingly, it also turned out to be without any foreign smell or taste, so you can safely vape it.

GTX ONE Kit Appearance

In addition to the fact that we have a classic vape setup consisting of a battery unit and a tank with a 510 connector, the device also has some elusive familiar features that will remind someone of the iStick Amnis, someone of the Justfog Q16 or Q16 PRO, and someone of something else. In general, this is “almost a pipe mod”, which is a little cramped in the round case due to the added electronics, which is why the part with the screen and buttons protrudes slightly forward.

The manufacturer provides its customers with a choice of six design options for the GTX ONE Kit, and what is especially pleasing is that there are not only single-color cases, but also various combinations with dark or light body paint: black, silver, red, blue, green and even pink (mi-mi-mi!). True, the tank can only be in two types: steel or black. Which, however, goes well with the two possible colors of the front part of the case.

Impressions and conclusions

If we do not go into long reasoning and simply summarize everything written above, then an obvious conclusion suggests itself: we have a more advanced alternative to the Target PM30, only for those who lack a screen and the ability to fine-tune the power. The GTX Tank 18 even works on the same evaporators as the mentioned pod-mod, while the tankomizer itself is much more suitable for cigarette puffs, and besides everything else, it also allows you to adjust it to your taste, which is not implemented in the PM30 in any form and is sorely lacking. In general, we have a classic clearomizer, as many remember them six to eight years ago, but in a modern design and with features like top filling and pot-bellied glass.

Regarding the mod, there are a few more thoughts, and it can already be called a much more interesting device than the Target PM30, but still user-friendly. Firstly, it is the same excellent device without unnecessary (and many unnecessary) functionality, with a more capacious battery, fine-tuning of power (0.1 W) and even a varivolt (here I completely melted). Secondly, a good capacity of the built-in battery makes it an excellent option for assembling a setup with classic tanks up to 22 mm, the same old Kayfun Prime looks good on the GTX ONE Mod. Thirdly, although it is simplified, it is still a good board with easy and clear control, instant response and a small but bright display. The last cherry on the cake is the USB Type-C connector with support for high current up to 2A, which means fast charging. In general, we get an excellent option for a compact bundle that does not take up much space in your pocket.

Vaporesso is famous for its devices, which are incredibly pleasant to hold in your hands, and has long and firmly earned a reputation as one of the market leaders. The box mod is suitable not only for beginners, but also for experienced vapers, and the tank is great instead of a pod for use with both strong liquids and salt nicotine. The disadvantages can safely be called subjective, to them I would only include the display of the battery not in percentages, but with an icon, as well as the easily soiled front part of the case.
