Voopoo Drag X Plus Pod Kit is a compact starter kit powered by 21700/18650 battery running GENE.FAN 2.0 chipset and comes with a new TPP Tank cartridge. The design of the new device is almost similar to the sub-mod released earlier, but the device is slightly larger due to the possibility of installing a 21700 battery. Thanks to GENE.FAN 2.0 chip, the box mod works stably, quickly and without failures, and the vaper has two modes of operation – Smart and RBA mode. Drag X Plus Device Box Mod

It is unlikely that any vapers will argue that the Voopoo company’s finest hour came after it released the first Drag, which was called the killer DNA. Though it could not compare in performance and reliability to the Evolv’s creation, but it became a sales hit for sure. Encouraged by the success Voopoo specialists released Drag 2, mini, X, S, 3, Max, but it was not the final development of this series, so the light saw Drag X Plus one-bar box mod.

If a vaper has seen Voopoo Drag S and Drag X sub-mods at least in photos, he will not be surprised that Drag X Plus looks similarly one side of the mod is semicircular, the other is flat with a display and control buttons. But this is not so bad, as the device has excellent ergonomics and sits well in the hand. It can not be said that the box mod is quite miniature 141 * 35 * 29 mm, but the steel connector pad allows you to use atomizers with a diameter of 26 mm.

The maximum power of the Voopoo Drag X Plus is 100 watts and it is provided by a 21700/18650 battery (with adapter) which is quite standard for a single-tank mod. An important feature of Voopoo Drag X Plus is that it works under the control of already known vapers chipset GENE.FAN 2.0, which raises the resistance of 0.1 ohms. The functionality is quite simple, as the vaper has two modes Smart and RBA Mode, thanks to which it is very easy and convenient to use the device.

The device is equipped with a small color display, which displays data about the device – battery level, power, number and time of puffs, coil resistance and operating voltage (everything is standard, as in other devices of this series).

TPP Pod Tank Atomizer

The Voopoo Drag X Plus Pod Kit uses an updated version of the PnP Pod Tank, which proudly bears the name TPP Pod Tank. It is essentially a removable cartridge with a complete 510 adapter, but this solution makes the tank more versatile and easy to use. The drip tip is removable, 510, so you can replace it with any of your collection if you want.

An important feature of the TPP Pod Tank is that the cartridge designed to use TPP series vaporizers can be replaced by any of the four variants of PnP cartridges, so the vaper has the opportunity to use not only numerous vaporizers of PnP series, but also serviced options.

TPP-DM2 0.2 “Omega; and TPP-DM1 0.15 “Omega; series vaporizers were developed especially for TPP Pod Tank. The vaporizers are on the grid of special design and have enlarged blow holes, so you won’t have any problems with flavor and bulk.

Filling the tank is simple enough cartridge is removed from the magnets, turned over, at the bottom of it opens the silicone cap and pours 5.5 ml of liquid.

Conclusions and impressions

Voopoo Drag X Plus Pod Kit though a new starter kit, but in fact it is just a slightly modified Drag X, although we can not say that the version was unsuccessful, because the vaper, buying such a device, gets a universal kit, which is very convenient and practical to use.
